Race day
Waves leave every ten minutes, so you run with the people you came with.

Check-in opens
Pick up your shirt and leave your keys at gear check. Bring a photo ID. Arrive about 45 minutes before your wave.

Endurance heat
Run the course as many times as you can before 1:00 p.m. We tally laps. Most laps wins.

A new wave goes out every ten minutes after this one.

Course closes
Bring a towel, a change of clothes, and shoes you don't mind losing to the mud.
Anyone can start, everyone can finish
It's the question we get most. Take the 3.1 miles however they suit you — push hard through the stretches you want to push, ease off on the ones you don't. Every obstacle is challenge by choice, and a One Army member works each one. There's a single water crossing, staffed by Gladiator Dash staff, with a dry route around it if you'd rather not swim.
Bring your dog. Bring your kids, too, though anyone under 18 needs a parent to sign the waiver and stay for the race.
It's great that everyone can participate at their own pace, which should encourage all ages to come out. Being a breast cancer survivor of one year, I took my time and monitored the obstacles to what I could do without hurting myself. If I can do it, so can you.
